I loved your comments and your article I am a Staffordshire Bull terrier owner I am 56 years old and been breeding Pitbull since I was 18 so 38 years I think they’re the best breed known to man and they do get a horrified reputation because Miss breeding inbreeding and idiotic people that have no business owning a breed like this they are not worthy of having this animal and like I just read in your article the Staffordshire Bull terrier was the original nanny dog and for good reasons if anybody wants to read about it my Bible was always the world of the American pit bull terrier and I encourage anybody who is thinking about owning a pitbull do your homework read the books and if you think about it Cesar millan The Dog whisperer what dog does he own what is his main dog but a pitbull terrier they are the nanny dog the true nanny dog and my staffy is awesome she’s great with kids but she doesn’t tolerate anybody that has a demeanor or a or hostile energy about the person my dog will not tolerate that she will stand between that person and a child and with everything she has in her she will not let that person get near that child I can’t say enough about your articles I think they’re great and I really think that they are the best dog known to man I will continue to breed until the day of my dying breath and that is all I’ve ever owned I’ve owned one bullmastiff and one Rhodesian Ridgeback and they two are awesome dogs but nothing beats the American pit Bull terrier or American Staffordshire terrier or Staffordshire Bull terrier everybody wants to turn these dogs into some Mongol beast that has gotten me so pissed off about what they’ve done to this breed by crossbreeding and interbreeding and everything else they can possibly think of because as humans have the sickest mentality of any mammal so therefore we turn these dogs into this incredible dangerous animal that is nobody’s fault but humans it’s not the dog’s fault and never has been the dog’s fault it’s the human’s fault and as I’ve also bred for as many years as I’ve had I also train the dog and like I tell anybody that asked me to train their dog I don’t train your dog I train you to train your dog and all the dogs that I have trained have been awesome awesome family pets and in the 38 years that I’ve been breeding we only had one dog that showed aggression and unfortunately we had to put the dog down because it just would not adapt to any type of family or good nature therefore 38 years of breeding and only one we had to put down so therefore that should tell people something I have read every book that’s ever been put out and like I tell people all the time if you’re going to own a pitbull do your homework read the books because like they used to say puppy proof the house yeah you can probably proof a house but if you own a pit bull you need to pit bull proof it without going on and on and on about my comments and my beliefs I just want to say thank you and I look forward to reading more articles that people put out about this beautiful awesome animal thank you sincerely David repp
