Calgary is a city full of pet loving, outdoor enthusiasts. With over 150 off-leash parks and 800 km of pathways, Calgarians like to get out and explore with their dogs in tow. Luckily, this beautiful city is also a host to an ever-growing list of pet-friendly patios and places to provide a break from the excitement.

We have assembled a list of the hottest pet-friendly Calgary destinations for pet lovers to check out in the 2018 season. While we have contacted these businesses to verify their pet-friendly status (March of 2018), rules are subject to change without notice. We encourage everyone to double check before heading down with pets. Please follow the rules so we can ensure that these pet-friendly places remain open to pets. If you’re looking for a ride to get there, Calgary Transit offers free rides for dogs provided they are accompanied and on a leash.
